Entry for Re:Start! 2022 Game Jam.

Basic controls:

  • Left/right: Move.
  • X: Jump.
  • Down + X: While in air, fall abruptly.
  • L: Slow motion and access to hook.
  • Start: Pause. While paused, Arrows to move camera across level and O to quit to main menu.
  • Select: Reset current level.

Hook controls:

  • While in slow motion (L trigger).
  • Left/right: Aim hook.
  • ❏: Shoot hook.
  • X: While hooked, release hook.
  • Up/down: While hooked, decrease/increase length of hook.

Install instructions

  • There is a build for PSP and another for emulator because of the way they handle paths.
  • The game's folder is called compilation. Do not rename.
  • It's recommended to play on the PSP. The emulator doesn't like it much when the draw buffer is accessed directly, causing it to lag a bit.
